| Hello Everyone Here is my list of freshwater mosses available pictures are available upon request simply reply below what you'd like a picture of. I can also work out measurements if you need them The First price is what I charge on other message boards for them, the second price reflects the USF discount I am able to discount some things more than others (due to my costs/time to grow) I try to knock at least 20-25% off in most cases. Unless otherwise noted, these are grown in high light conditions, should be mostly algae free (although it's impossible to guarantee it) and may contain some hitch hikers (such as snails, shrimps, etc...) Most of the plants listed here will do fine in low/med to high light if you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will assist as much as I can. Delivery is available on campus through the end of the semester, after 4/30 I won't post another thread until the fall semester starts. Most of these mosses (with the exception of Java) are not available easily locally with much of mine being shipped to me from all over the country. The only mosses I have seen locally are the Javas so this would be a great chance for you to have something special for your fresh water tank. I would also be interested in trades as well (mosses especially) I will provide you with a care sheet if needed to help you successfully grow your mosses. If you want water parameters as well feel free I can show you a picture of a levels test (you know PH, Nitrates, Ammonia etc) Current List Name | Quantity | Regular Price | USF Club Discount | Final Price | Notes (if any | Xmas Moss GolfBall | 2 | $5 | $1 | $4 | N/A | Xmas Moss 2x2 SS Mesh | 2 | $7.50 | $1.50 | $6 | Freshly tied, will grow out | Xmas Moss Cholla Wood (2 Pieces) | 1 | $20 | $5 | $15 | Freshly tied, will grow out nicely ~4-6 weeks, freshwater shrimp LOVE cholla | Flame Moss 2x2 SS Mesh | 1 | $10 | $2.50 | $7.50 | Freshly tied last week, starting to grow up | Weeping Moss Golfball | 1 | $8 | $1 | $7 | Freshly pulled nice green and lush (may have some small algae growth nothing major) | Weeping Moss 2x2 SS Mesh | 1 | $10 | $1.50 | $8.50 | See Above, going this route will be freshly tied | Java Moss Golfball | 1 | $4 | $1 | $3 | Comes from my PFR shrimp tank, so may have shrimplets/small amount of algae | Java Moss 2x2 SS Mesh | 1 | $6.50 | $1.50 | $5.00 | See Above, will be freshly tied | Duckweed (Coffee Scoop Portion) | FREE | FREE | FREE | FREE | Healthy Duckweed, grows well in most tanks, propigates prolifically on it's own, you've been warned, clean and healthy though |
Most of the prices above cover the cost of materials, and the cost to grow them to get them started. Any sales made go into my project fund to grow more mosses, the more moss I am able to grow the cheaper I'm able to provide to USF members I'm hoping to eventually get to the point where I can discount it 50-75% As soon as I get my growing project expansion done, I will also be creating moss covered rocks, wood, etc as well These are also for sale on other sites, as they sell I will update by replying below (since I can't seem to figure out how to edit posts on here LOL ) Thanks and best of luck in the final two weeks of the semester everyone!!!!!!!!! Hopefully you don't have as many papers/tests as I do

| EDIT I'm not sure why it dumped my list but here's a complete list of things that I would be willing to trade for (if you want to free up some space ) - Airline Tubing (looking for approx 30-40') -- looking for 15-20' clear and 15-20' green I want to be able to tell CO2 and Air lines apart
- Airline T Connectors (looking for approx 2 dozen)
- Airstones (looking for approx 1 dozen)
- Small clear storage bins (such as the ones in my moss growing setup thread) they're 97 cents at walmart, looking for a dozen (please include lids)
- Paintball CO2 Canisters (20 oz or higher can be filled or empty)
- Daylight CFL bulbs (looking for 9)
- Wall/ceiling mounted light sockets (plug in style I don't want to wire) looking for 4
- Desk clip on lamps (like the ones in my moss growing setup) looking for 2
- Mosses (let me know what you've got )
- Zuchinni (I know crazy right) but they are awesome food for my bristlenoses and other fish (would want at least 6 so I can blanche them and freeze them)
Who knows what else, let me know what you've got and I'll let you know I don't want you to have to go out and physically buy something if you've got any of these laying around I would be more than happy to figure out a trade with you (I would actually prefer trading to keep members from spending hard earned money)

| XD mosses will do ok in most situations so even if you have a small tank they can work so long as you keep the parameters happy The main reason I'm selling is that obsessed watching it grow so I'm trying to get some funds or things I'd need to grow more and different kinds | |

| If you're going to be setting up a planted tank, I would keep that you can get a paintball CO2 kit and depending on the size itll sustain a 10g for weeks or months | |

| Just remember too with high light and co2 you can still get algae you will still have to keep your balance. And if your co2 runs out expect a bloom like never before | |

| Yea it's always good to have a backup when it comes to those. Just make sure you make it a habit to check the gauge whenever you feed and you'll be ok | |

| If you're going to go full blown I would get a T5 HO setup esp if you're going to be doing CO2, just be ready for the bloom for a while until you get everything balanced.
You may be able to get away with a t8 bulb as well it depends.
If you have a 20L it's 30" long if I remember (boy it's been a while) that's shallow enough you could actually prob get away with a t8
