The Tampa Bay Reef Club (TBRC) held their July meeting at the Pier Aquarium in St. Pete. Here are some pics (and videos) from the event!
Pier Aquarium:
Random Pics of Fish and Inverts at the Aquarium:
They had Cat Sharks and Cat Shark eggs in one of their aquariums. Here's a video of the baby sharks wiggling within their eggs!
...And here's a Cat Shark all grown up:
Last, but certainly not least, the Pier's main reef display aquarium!!!
First some pics of the aquarium...
And now a video of the aquarium! (It's only shot from one side of the aquarium, and all of these pics and videos are from my phone, so please forgive the crappy-ness. In person everything was truly stunning!)

For the most part, I only had my phone out taking pics/videos for a short while at the end. I then took off to the restroom while Nicholas retrieved his corals that he won at the auction, and when I got back in the elevator on the 1st floor to come back up to the aquarium, it wouldn't take me back to the aquarium! I guess after a certain time at night the elevator won't take you to the aquarium. I looked like an idiot punching"2" in the elevator over and over and not going anywhere... Anyway, I would have probably taken a video of the other sides of the main reef display if I had gotten back in...
And, yes, it was nice to meet you too, Don!
