| Assuming your photos are downloaded to your desk top.. have a look at the box where you reply to posts. Above the box where you type, there are a variety of symbols. If you hover over them with your cursor/pointer, they will indicate what they do. IF YOUR PHOTO IS UPLOADED TO FLICKR, OR ANOTHER PHOTO WEBSITE: Pretty much right in the middle is one that looks like a photograph (it's kind of a little green square). Simply copy and paste the website link to your flickr page or whatnot and hit "ok," after you post your reply, your picture will be there IF YOUR PHOTO IS NOT ON THE WEB, AND YOU NEED SOMEWHERE TO UPLOAD IT: Go to the icon one to the LEFT of the photo. It has a blue square over the green square (to this I say.. omg floppy drive bahahahha ancient). Anyway, click on it. You can ask it to upload a file, just browse to your photo file and tell it to upload. From there it will give you a long link location.. it should post. If it's giving you trouble, copy the link it gives you, go back to the image icon (of the green square) and paste the link into there.. it'll do the rest. .... I really hope this all made sense. Let me know if I need to clarify anything | |

| Cute fish! +1 on getting more rock and going slow, though. Also, watch out with two clownfish of different species, as they might get territorial... | |

| ^Yes, two species of clowns and two species of dwarf angels will be very interesting with that little amount of rock. I would tripple it at a minimum.
How are your paramaters? How long has the tank been switched to saltwater?
Nice frontosa tank btw! Hope this one turns out just as nice!

| Yeah the clowns don't fight at all and I picked up some more rock everything's going well now...
It's been saltwater for probably about 10-12 weeks and I have the water checked everytime I go to a LFS but I keep after the salinity.
Thank you! Ya I hope so too.

| Things seem to be normal no other casualties since the death of my two angels... I am starting to see a little bit of algae growth on my Koralias....is that ok? Also, got a new fish! Have had him for a little over a week and hes doing great. | |

| Good to hear! Cute blenny!! What type is it?? Algae growth is normal in a new tank. Maybe post a pic and we can identify the algae for you to make sure it's no big deal. For instance, diatoms are normal to get and harmless, but something like bubble algae or dinoflagellates would be an issue... | |

| Its a starry blenny! Hes quite the character lol...
But the algae looked to be just a little bit of brown but it seems to be gone already...ive also got a little bit of green string algae and some purple stuff growing in my sump.
I had what i thought were "bugs" on my glass and i went to get snails to get rid of them but figured out those are actually copepods and they are a good thing haha.
But today i picked up some red legs and nassarus snails from Corals and Fins, then made a stop at MW and got more rock and a really nice Lemon Peel Angel....hoping he does better than my other angels:/

| I thought it was a starry blenny. Very cool! Glad the algae cleared up. The green stringy algae might be hair algae. Keep an eye on it (that stuff eventually took over my old Biocube). The purple stuff is probably coralline algae (which is a good thing - it means your aquarium conditions are right to keep coral). Yes, pods are good! Good luck with the lemon peel angel! Post pics, please!! | |
