its a illegal to sell wholesale thats what is illegal its legal to sell unwanted fish and other corals and inverts however you cant buy from a wholesaler and you certainly cant sell fish as a business or (as some people do) say that they are hobbist and are really a store and sell fish and stuff on craiglist without the right licensing whomever this guy is has no idea what he is talking about at all
