Nourish

So, I wasn't to sure where to post this, but I haven't used nourish before. I use flake food to feed my fish, is that something I can use in conjunction with the nourish?

I actually had to look up what this is. The website says it's best to soak their fishfood in it.. so I guess the answer is, yes

I've never used Nourish before, but I believe that is correct. I think any food product can be soaked in it and then fed to the fish. I used to soak frozen food in a similar product called Zoecon.
