Probably one of the fish came with ich and passed it to the others.

Maybe some other disease? Did they just drop dead, or were they not eating, breathing hard, showed signs of a parasite, etc.?

No parasites eating fine and no parasites at all the only fish that had Ick was the last one in his tank and it died

it's possible they were not exhibiting the characteristic white spots of ich but still had it. My damsels used to get ich but only one ever had the white spots. They all would exhibit the behaviors of having ich though. They never changed their appetite while sick, they just would rub on things, act a bit sporadic, and twitch occasionally. One of my fish didn't even do all that, he would just occasionally rub on things. Some fish are better at handling it and others die before all the symptoms get a chance to appear. That may be why only the last one had spots

Probably just stress and too much bioload at once might have caused levels to spike in the tank.
