Tentative Service Project Empty
PostSubject: Tentative Service Project   Tentative Service Project EmptyThu Sep 20, 2012 10:58 am

We are in the midst of planning an exciting service project for the club! This year, we would like to participate in the 25th Annual Hillsborough River & Coastal Cleanup hosted by Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful! The event takes place on Saturday, October 20th from 8am - noon, and, after the event, volunteers are invited to Lowry Park for an after party featuring live music, free food, and environmental educational booths. We need a head count of everyone interested in participating in this service event, so please send an email to our Treasurer Nicholas Groene at nbgroene@mail.usf.edu that contains your name, phone number, and t-shirt size (you get a FREE t-shirt for volunteering!) if you would like to participate.

More info about the event can be found at: http://keeptampabaybeautiful.org/coastal-cleanup.shtml

P.S. Please email Nicholas ASAP so that we can reserve a cleanup site before all of the good ones are gone! Wink

Thanks!

So far we are 3 people short of the MINIMUM. I'm surprised so few people have signed up so far

We fell one short, but it will still be setup. I just need as close to a final count before I mail off the form.
